It's sunny here aswell but I'm a bit annoyed because I have to go somewhere this afternoon, and I feel as if it's a waste of a day.

I am with you Irish and Blodyn. The nicests days to work in the yard something else demands our attention and away we go....with a bit of resentment attached. Then when I'm able to be in the yard it's so humid I can't stand it and won't do it...So, there you are...weeds go to town and major clean up is called for when the humidity finally disappears......(can you hear the whiney grumble? :)

Glad you all are having a decent day for a change, but I really feel for 1198, cause here it was 99F yesterday and the prediction for today is 102F, with high humidity and a code red smog alert!
It got so hot I had to bring my worm bins in the house, the little guys were roasting !

Oh Wohilbuli! Kindred spirits in heat and humidity....makes life tough working in the garden. I have a neighbor whose as big as a minute (I'm more like an hour :) and she'll come from working in her yard over to me working in mine to talk and other than her hair being a bit mussed from the exertion, hasn't a drop of sweat on her!!! Now, what's up with that?
