All that long winter and soon it will be summer, so have tried to take a few more spring flowers before they say good by

Daphne Blagayana growing in a trough

Primula’ Pauline Ann ’named after my wife

Primula Auricula x Marginata

a peep in one of my frames

Another of my hybrid primulas ‘Florie Bishop’ named after my late mother in law

Primula Siboldii in a chimney Pot

Lewisia on my garden table waiting for the weather to warm up so i can sit there

A look through the undergrowth have heard mention of fairy gardens today they would have to be armed with machetes to get through here

Last of the Camelias ‘Persil’, oh dear thats what i mean abut spring where has it gone

Ramonda Myconi in a trough

Ramonda Myconi Alba altogether more vigorous

Dodecatheon a large named form Jeff——— senior moment

Maples by the pond looking there best

Some pretty tulips

Looking along one of the lower paths
Will show the Rhododendrons another day

Very nice photos. I don't want the summer yet - it's always too wet or too hot. I preffer the spring but it flies by every year.

I hope my two acers look like that in fifteen years time. That's a beautiful little daphne and I love all the primulas. Your family must be very proud of the hybridising you've done.

Your garden looks fabulous. Can you show us a few pictures of any grotty bits, it might help to assuage my green tint of jealousy:-)))). The acers do look fabulous and as you know I'm a fan of your primulas already! Are they omphalodes showing along your bottom path? Is your dodecatheon jeffreyi by any chance?

Yes you are right on both counts,there is very little hope for me with names ,i looked at the label before I came into the house to remind me, and still forgot
