Is It Just Me .....

Yes it's very quiet on here these days.

What do you mean by less active? Are we talking less active on the blog writing side, less active on the gardening side with less grand projects in progress, or are you talking about us older 'senior citizens' who are less active?

Too busy biking just back already was out daily morning walk and house chores then my garden

And after lunch away to do my volunteer gardening in walled garden at Glamis Castle

Guess everyone else busy too.

Just not so many familiar faces, its a busy time ........
noseypotter came back yesterday though :0) and that was lovely

I don´t post many questions or blogs but I look here 2 or 3 times a day depending on what I´m doing.

Well on the one hand I am active on the site at the moment - - - - on the other hand, I am sitting in the armchair, having just finished lunch (cooked by my OH) finishing my wine and watching chelsea.

The weather is being very good so the only place to be is outside, busy time at the moment, was at my sons over the weekend as well so only popped on to welcome Np back, although I do think you are right Andrew, its been like it a while now....

Andrew , wait until it rains , and then we will all be on chattering again .
My jungle is taking up most of my time , and I have got to get to grips with the hanging baskets for our Town Hall , they want them for next week !!!!
Like Rogi , I do manage to look at a few pics and comments , and that is about all .

I know what you mean, Andrew. I haven't seen some of my favourites in a while, but then I was absent for many months myself so I think life just gets in the way from time to time. I do miss people though.

I thought the same Andrew, while it does seem quieter than usual the photos, questions and blogs when I go to edit them each day are about the same in numbers as previous years, although a lot of the usual members dont comment anymore. Perhaps there is A GOY shelf life for most members or they have a break and come back to it! Either way its sad when old friends are not heard from as we do miss them.

I will admit I have been getting a tad frustrated when I find my comments have cleared off into the wide blue yonder again, so I turn off before I lose my temper, lol.....

There was a wide variety of humour, which I enjoyed.
They are all too busy just now.

I don't blog or post photos as much as I have in the past. I figure that my garden hasn't changed that much so it would just be the same plants, same views etc and that could get very boring. Also I don't have as much time these days; more hobbies and a wedding to plan for my daughter. But I generally visit GoY twice a day. I do agree though, that many of the old regulars appear to have disappeared.

I miss Stevietheterrible and Sticky Toffee.
Used to enjoy their contributions very much.

I think most of the "active" ones are busy, busy, busy. I've been trying to keep up with blogs, etc. but find that by the time I've put in a day in my wellies, weeding, pruning and cutting the grass, I'm ready for sleep right after dinner! (seems to go hand-in-hand with a good apatite.) ( the good side effects of all that labour. )I know hot summer days are on the way and then I can sit indoors during the afternoons and catch up with GoY happenings. Maybe just mentioning that they are missed will bring Stevie and Sticky out to play, Diane!

How strange, Lori, I was just wondering where you were! Also, Bilbobaggins, Motinot, G'mage, Helenium... I could go on, but at least Lulu has reappeared, and S the T is still blogging, Diane.
