Happy Easter Weekend!

Weather is pleasant but it was cool this morning so I picked a few of these pretty Tete a-Tete Narcissus to fill my plastic planter – last time I decorated it was Christmas. I put a tiny water vase inside the planter.

These pretty blue Muscari have just started to open.

And my Aubretia too!

Have a lovely weekend all!

The aubretia is a stunning colour and some people may turn their nose up at Muscari as they can be very invasive, but they do brighten up the dullest day. Your planter is very pretty and apt for Easter. I hope you have had a good one so far.

Spring can be very yellow in the garden, blue muscari may multiply like mad but they do provide a lovely contrast. I have white ones growing in my pieris and rhododendron tubs too, sprinkled with self sown forget-me-nots, I love them.

There are some white ones coming in the pot too Xela and I can't wait to see the contrast. I hope they do multiply!
