I have lived in CT for the past 10 years and now I am relocating to my birthplace to be closer to my aunt. The small place that I have purchased is in rough shape, both inside and out. I plan to relocate in September after it cools a bit. I will be starting from scratch outside. THere is no grass which is fine with me since I wanted more of an eco-friendly outdoor space using mulch, stones, vines, bushes and ground-cover. I think the soil has a lot of clay in it, judging from its reddish color. Wish me luck on my adventure. I will post before and after photos.
