Victoria and Dan's wedding

I have only a few unofficial photos as they were taken by her sister Elizabeth.

The cake was wildflowers and native butterflies themed. They did an amazing job, and so accurate with all the botanical details. Most of their uni friends identified them just by the detail. They even did the correct underwings for the common blue butterfly and added the legs!
From the front:

From the back:

Her hair had gypsophillia threaded through her plat.

The bouquet was stunning and very large.

Toria and Dan about to cut the cake.

When I get some better ones I will share them.

I’d made them a quilt using British bird fabric blocks. The colours match their bedroom furniture mostly. it is 96"x 96" so a big one.

Victoria looks absolutely lovely, her hair adorned with flowers and her gown was beautiful, what can one say about that cake except it was perfect for your daughter and seems a shame to cut it.......The quilts looks very special also, you are a very clever mum.....Once again Many Congratulations to Both of Them xx

yes Gypsophilia was in the bouquet and all the table decorations as well as in her hair.

bottom tier all eaten at the reception, the other two tiers are portioned out and in our and their freezer.

Table decorations also included lots of ivy, ruscus, several hellebore 'dead' flowers all from my garden and lots of Jovibarba I'd been growing in pots for 18 months. The florist provided Aeonium, Gypsophilia, fern fronds and moss.
