I have just retired and have a large garden. I have a raised bed for growing vegetables and I am in the process of making more flower beds. The house next door is empty and the garden is overgrown although there is a fence between us the weeds are finding their way under the fence and over my garden. My main problem is creeping Ivy it is creeping everywhere !!!! I have been told not to cut it back as that will make it grow faster. I don't know what to do. I really want to get on with sorting my garden out not collecting weeds from next door. Hope somebody can help.
