Anybody know what this plant is called?

can't be sure but think it is a hebe :o) it is very pretty

i agrre helenflower, it is a hebe but i cant say which one. is this a good colour 'copy'. hubby says it looks very blue.

Defo a Hebe...great plant....should be flowering right now!!

I am now unsure whether it might be a Buddleia davidii?

Not sure what the difference is betwen a Hebe and the above?
