Could be a Rowan seedling

Unfortunately not cannabis but I don't think that it is a rowan either. The stem reminds me of an Astilbe?

Definately not a rowan (I have 2 in my garden) but I agree with Bulbaholic - it looks similar to an astilbe.

It's certainly not an astilbe. I've grown thousands.

I have a few Rowan growing in the garden and some are now 3years old and 8ft tall already, really put on growth this year, so I would shift it from where it is currently.

I would remove a.s.a.p., Rowan can reach 20m. over time!
