my black bamboo is looking quite sick..some of the canes are now bare. What can I do to help it recover. We have recently moved it from a container to the ground.

Some canes are looking quite bare. We have recently moved it from a pot into the ground. We have fed and watered it.....what more can we do as I would hate to lose it.

You can't do anything more than you have - just wait and see if it recovers. Keep it watered, though.
