Planted these in tubs last year and got no flowers at all, just alot of greenery. Greenery back again but how do I get it to flower this year??

I Believe Sweet Williams are Biennial so the Plants May Not of been old enough to Flower Last yr Sasmi which means u should get some Lovely Blooms This Year :)
