What are these eggs?

My black compost bin is absolutely covered in thousands of little cream coloured eggs but my green coloured bin next to it has none on,can someone tell me what they are i washed them all off once but they have re-appeared

Are they eggs, Roger? Do they squash to give a liquidy interior? If so, I have not seen them before. I am asking this because they are very small and there are so many of them. From the picture I am more inlined to think that it is just mouldspore from the decomposing vegetation.
