my seed potatoes have long shoots do i remove them

Answers

If the 'shoots' are the whitish /pinkish ones that you get when a cooking potato is left too long - then no. These shoots are the bits you want to grow, it means your seed potato is 'chitted' or in other words 'sprouting ready to plant'
