Lawn

Is it too early to give the lawn a quick trim? After weeding and tidying the front garden the lawn's looking a bit scruffy. It's been dry for about a week now. I just feel the look of the lawn lets the garden down a bit.

Grass does continue to grow if we get mild spells. It should be ok if you do just give it a 'trim',keep it on the longish side to protect it from further frosts.

Excellent - another job for hubby to do at the weekend - when we get back from the garden centre. Hubby does lawn and construction, I do plants and weeds.

I cut mine just before Xmas, wont harm it as long as you just give it a light trim.

Thanks chaps, it's been dry so far this week and no frost thankfully, the lawnmower will be out on Saturday if the weather stays like this, the garden will look like it's cared for then.
