This plant(definitely not Begonia) is a 4ft high and spreads like a mango tree,nonvascular brown stem,green opposite leaves,1" long red flowers bloom on gladilus type sticks.

Naxiketa, please can you try and take clearer photos. You are standing too close to the plant when you take the picture. Take a picture of the whole plant and post it, that might help members get the question right for you.
