It looks like a sedum, stonecrop, but I couldn't put a name to it.

It's a Donkeytail Sedum (S. morganianum). You don't often see the original species like this--usually it's the dwarf hybrid 'Burrito'. It likes filtered or morning sun, and dislikes temperatures above 100º F, and below 40º F. I would feed it with 1/2 strength Miracle-Gro for Blooming Plants. It also likes to dry out almost completely between waterings.
