I have had my cordyline about 8 weeks and the bottom leaves are turning green is this normal or have they had to much sun thanks stephen

Is it a red Cordyline? If so, what is the variety name? On some kinds, the older leaves turn more greenish. Sometimes, that is also a symptom of lack of nitrogen and/or potash.
