Has anyone ever grown one of these?

I've never grown one of these but I am fascinated!! Is this the seed head? I'll be looking at the tinterweb later

I have shown my lad the images on you tube which are great by the way. Some people have taken the photos on a time delay, which shows them opening over a period of about 6-12 hours.

My mum bought it for my youngest and he thinks it is great. I shall put some pics on of it as it is now, several hours later.

David Attenborough showed this plant on 'The Private Life of Plants' . It's an amazing little thing :-)
