Looks more like a Delosperma to me, but the two are nearly twins, anyway. Delospermas are, however, quite frost hardy.

It's very small and that makes it hard to tell, but it looks like a cutting from Lampranthus to me. This flowers in various pink/ white/ salmon shades - likes sun and is borderline hardy here (about zone 9 for comparison with the US).
