i have lots of gladiola leaves but no flowers, what have i done wrong

Agree with Bamboo, am in Scotland and all I have is 30cm or so of leave at moment. Normally late July here for Gladioli to flower here.

Gladiolus isn't like most bulbs. They usually grow leaves for some time before putting up flower spikes.
