By the stripe on its tail it might be a Mason Wasp?

From the pics in my little book this looks like an Ichneumon suspiciosus.Are the legs yellow and black?
It lays its eggs in caterpillars, especially Swift moths! Poor things!!! Likes hedgerows and grassy places.
