At the end of a truss after fruit is set the truss then continues should this be stoped or allowded to set more fruit

You don't touch the trusses at all but pinch out side shoots in the 'V' between the main stem and a leaf branch. You can stop the top of the plant by pinching out after 4 trusses of fruit have set but I usually let mine grow taller and get a few more tomatoes out of it.
