are laural bush berries harmfull to my toy poodle dog

Answers

I'm no expert on laurels but i think that the berries would cause an upset tummy - as will most plants and berries that are in your garden.

If you trim back the shrub (or indeed any other berrying plant) after it's flowered the berries won't have time to develop thus eliminating the problem.

Would your little dog actually eat plants and berries in your garden or just sniff them ?

Tend to agree with Louise, the berries are probably going to cause upset, to some degree or another...but...

...is the dog drawn to them in some way?

If not, and the dog is just in the garden....don't worry...they know not to eat poisonous stuff!!

....whereas, with snakes - they just don't seem to learn...twice bitten - go back again!!!!
