I have a skimmia in a hanging basket which, although is fed, watered and looked after generally is looking very sorry for itself - yellowing and not flowering. Is it beyond help?

Skimmias prefer acid soil, so it probably needs the compost to be replace with ericaceous compost. for a quick boost, give it a feed with sequestrene (available at GCs.)

I was going to say the same as Spritz. They need ericaceous compost

Also using rainwater rather than tap water would be a good idea if you are in a hard water area

How do I say thanks?
