I have a very large ant hill that they built in the side of a small hill in my back yard. Looks like a combination large and small ant. Will the "Nippon" help with that or is digging it up and burning it out a option..

but if they are bothering you the nippon is fine but you may want to cover it incase it rains . the big oneswill be the soldier protectors of the nest and the smaller ones workers for collecting food etc . they are all female just like bees and wasps .

Unless it is causing you a problem I'd let the ant hill be, they are good bugs in the garden.
