Help Please. Still learning how to navigate and understand working with this site, could someone explain what STOP FOLLOWING means? (It's on my opening page when I log in. I realise it relates to the items on the left-hand side of the page but ...........)

When you respond to another members question or blog the site remembers your interest. When some else responds to the same question, the question automatically pops up on your home page along with all further responses. Some questions seem to attract dozens of responses and you might get bored by them so you can press 'stop following' and the question will then stop appearing on your home page.
