can you use all types of rose hips for syrup.

presume you are referring to buds of hibiscus shrub, great for making jam, jellies, and I suppose syrup, too.

Hi Sheba. The best syrup is made from the hip of the Rosa rugosa. They produce the largest juiciest hip, but I guess other wild rose hips could be used.
