can anyone tell me when can i do some cutting ?

What do you mean by 'cutting'? If you mean taking cuttings to make new plants then now is as good a time as any to take ripe wood about 12 inches long and push them into the ground for about half that length. Put them somewhere with a bit of shade where they will not be disturbed. They take about a year to be ready to move on.
If you mean pruning (cutting because it is too big or the wrong shape) then if you do it now you will lose the flowers. Better done in late spring when they have finished flowering.
