Lalandii Trees

I have a well established 8 feet tall hedge of llalandii. It is turning brown as though it is dying and there are very small spider's webs. what can I treat it with

Even evergreens like LEYLANDII have to shed their leaves so maybe that is all that is happening. Spiders would not do any harm.

a chainsaw.then plant something much nicer i say but hay ho.they get brown leaves naturaly and your cutting them back i gather into the brown leaves.as for the spiders they wont hurt.they will help
