Have an Hydranga in a pot which has flowered for the last 2 years but no flowers thisyear but plenty of green growth. Any ideas why?

You wouldn't have pruned it at the wrong time, I know that, Hamish. So - I guess not enough sun down here, too much rain, don't you? Fingers crossed for next year!

Mine hasn't flowered either (N Derbyshire) Spritzhenry gave me some pruning advice, as I am a bit haphazard, but perhaps its been a bad Hydrangea year? All I know is they like water, and there's certainly been plenty! (mine is bod-standard pink - acid soil)
