Unusual Shaped Tomatoes

We bought Santini Tomatoes from M & S. My daughter planted some of the seeds and they germinated.The resulting tomatoes look like small bell peppers, not like the originals. Have we created a hybrid? Taste great as well!

I grow these each year too, as they tend to be fleshier than the regular ones and nicer in cooking & sauces.

I have also grown 3 from seeds via M&S. 2 are ordinary plants, but one has developed masses of flowers, some of which are turning to fruit. Can anyone explain??
