Why are my potatoes rotting , getting smelly and soft with a white mould on them? Is it blight? How can I store them in limited space?

Answers

Hi Patty,
Yes most certainly potato blight which started on the halms.
Burn all diseased potatoes and plants.
Use up crop as soon as you can.
Remember to plant potatoes and tomatoes in another part of the garden.
You can clean the potato patch now with Armillatox 10mls. to 1 gallon of water covers 9square metres. Watered on with a fine rose.
