my cream flowered jasmine is flowering ( not very well ) and the leaves are very brown ?

browning leaves is often a sign of lack of water and or cold winds. is in a pot or in the ground? if in a pot is it a big enough one etc.

is it new to the garden? Is it in the ground or a pot? It may be lacking in water, or it may have been caught by cold winds or weather - that can make the foliage go brown. Do you know its name?
