My butternut squash are flowering male and female flowers we are also helping by hand pollinating

We are growing hydroponically and my butternut squash are flowering male and female flowers we are also helping by hand pollinating, however the female flowers wilt and the fruit go soft. Can anybody offer help?

Can you please post a picture? Sometimes the fruit is there but it's hard to see. Also this can happen with the first few blossoms but will fix itself once the plant "grows up." Let the plants mature a little more and you should see fruit.
