Yep, when you want to order, you click on the link to Suttons and type in the codes when you're prompted as you go through your online order. They usually ask somewhere or other if you have a gift voucher, coupon, or code before you put in your payment details at the end.

From the text in the message, you've been sent those coupons as a gift for signing up to Grow Your Own's newsletter. which usually implies you're paying for the newsletter...probably for a year or whatever.

If you truely don't remember signing up for this be very, very careful. The email looks to be genuine but by clicking on something that you are not sure of you may be inviting all sorts of problems into your computer - just like the £19M Spanish lottery win that you don't remeber entering.
