Hi All. My Tibouchina urvilleana has just flowered, it has had buds on it for quite a while, last year it flowered in August & my Son in laws flowered in late spring, I was wondering if any one knows if this is an odd time for it to start flowering? X

baring in mind what horrible unsettled weather we have had then I am not surprised. the heat of the last few weeks has just pushed it into bud break. So warmer more settled weather in the summer would have had it in flower at the right time.
