This may be a repeat, I forgot to sign in earlier, I have lots of quite large, Wooly looking, Bugs on the Leaves and Stems of my Hydrangeas, nobody seems to have ever seen the likes of them, see Photo, come on you Experts

Aha! at last. This is cushion scale and just how bad is this infestation???!!!

You will have to spray with Provado as this is systemic. Only spay after sun down though as this product is suspected of being very poisonous to bees. It will be fine by the morning for the bees but not for these blighter's!
