Planting a west facing border....I am in the process of replanting a West facing border in my garden and would welcome ideas for plants. There is quite a dense berberis hedge at the back which will have to stay put, and the soil is dry and semi shaded.

Thanks, I have a few hellebores and will add some more. I will also seek out some geraniums, for some reason I always think they need sun?

I have some hellebores in a similar position, and also some perennial geraniums.Plus spring bulbs of course.
