I have only just started and I have run into a small problem.

I have a F1 Grafted Cherry Tomato plant growing upside down and outsite from a hanging basket hook.

I did not read the instructions when I planted it, and it has become a huge bush with about 20 trusses. I feed it with a potash feed as per the instrutions on the feed box.

BUT I was not aware until today that I should have been pinching out shoots. The plant appears very heathly and vigourous with trusses starting to form 1/2" - 3/4" cherry tomatoes......... Should I do anything now?

You don't pinch out side shoots on cherry tomatoes so you've done nothing wrong.
