I have a cedrus atlantica glauca which was planted last year and has been doing well until the last week or so and it is now losing it's needles at the top of the tree any ideas

Any flooding in your area, or is it very dry. New trees do need a lot of water but not time under water. Its dry at the moment so possibly needs water.....
