Hello could anyone let me know the name of a yellow rose for a rose arch, I want repeat flowering and a perfume, I don't want climber particularly so a tall shrub rose would do, thank you.

Golden Showers, it is a climber but isn't huge mine gets to around 7ft and you can prune to the size you want, scented, repeat flowers, I bought mine years ago for 99p from Wilkinsons best money I ever spent, here's mine in full flower :-)

I was going to say golden showers, I think it ticks all the boxes, mine doesn't seem to get mildew or blackspot either does yours Simbad?

Or Teasing Georgia, scented climber. Golden Future, hybrid tea flowers. Golden Gate, fragrant semi double.Maigold, fragrant. Have a look at David Austin's website.

Goldbusch grows to about 2m/7-8 ft
Golden Melody is a lovely shrub rose if you can find it, not sure whether it would be tall enough for you though
Paler yellow - look at Casino or Leverkusen - both should grow to about 10ft.
