Mahonia aquifolium. I quite like it too & have one in my front garden grown from a seedling. This year it has produced a lot of flower, only a few in previous early years.

I've just spent 10 minutes looking it up in my book only to be beaten by you Feverfiew! I concur that it is Mahonia.
