If you want to leave them they will develope rather pretty fluffy seed heads. They may self seed if conditions are right. They seem to like crevices, say on a brick surface, to keep the roots moist, I suppose. They are not aggressive self seeders. Its up to you, leave them or clip off the dead flowers.

I leave them on so I get the silky seeds. they are very pretty.
