i have a parrot plant and it has been fine until now the leaves are drooping and the stems are starting to droop and they feel rubbery what can i do

Mine gets like that when it ages. I take cuttings and make new plants from them. They root easily in water.

I adore this plant! Unfortunately I accidentally left mine out in the frost a couple of years ago. It went droopy as you describe - might yours have got frosted? If so, then I'm afraid it's a gonna.
