This is one of the larger Celmisia, probably C. semicordata, a New Zealand plant. This looks to be a very healthy specimen.

Oh yes, Ba, it is widely grown. We grow it up here, but not as nicely as this plant. It particularly likes the damper climate.

hi ,my neighbour has had this plant for 25 years and she got it from a friend who also got it from a friend, so it has been going for a long time. I got it from her 2 years ago so I'm keeping fingers crossed that it keeps strong.

I don't know just how long these Celmisia can live, Khayla, but it is a long time, as you have shown. I might be tempted to collect and sow a few seeds this year, just in case.
