Plum tree problem

Plum tree now in its eighth year. Always flowers well, but then leaves curl, new shoot curl and the tiny fruits yellow and drop prematurely, In 8 years not one furit has matured.

Hi Jobe could be several causes for this but as occurring regularly seems that fruits not being pollenated.If not pollenated fruits fail as you describe and drop.What position your tree in?Is it practical to introduce plants bees may be drawn to?
