Yes you can, give a decent size pot with good compost and give it something to scramble up, or will it be potted up and placed by a wall or fencing where trellis can be placed for it to scramble up ?, water well, most do well with plenty of sun /light but can equally do well in light shade situations, and feed in the growing season.

I've also seen honeysuckle grown as a shrub, which means pruning it and thus making it more bushy.
