fuchsia over watered

I bought a full, healthy fuchsia a couple weeks ago, and was careful not to let it dry out....and it is now droopy - not looking good at all. I assume it got too much water - the question is, will the plant come back, or is it toast?

I think that I would play safe and repot it. Check the compost in case of any nasties! Good luck!
