When should I plant these bulbs?

I have just bought Dracunculus vulgaris bulbs. Can anyone tell me when these should be planted please?

Not hardy, at least where we live.

D. vulgaris is a Mediterranean bulb that is not fully hardy. However, I think that your main problem in the garden will be that it requires a dry summer dormancy. I would consider growing it in a large pot that can be moved as conditions demand.
