Plug Liners

Hi All

I have had several plug plants this year and they were nearly ALL in a form of liner about 1" - 20-25mm in diameter, with the roots growing though the liner, but search as I have on the internet, I have been unable to locate suppliers. Does anyone know where I can get these liners from? Or are they only available to commercial growers?
